1.0 How do we collect or obtain your personal information?

We collect your personal information when it is relevant to your needs as a consumer, or to our business (eg when you buy and / or order products and / or services from us, when you register to send a newsletter, when you contact our customer service, when you fill out customer surveys or give us feedback on our goods and services, etc.). We generally receive information directly from you, when you order certain products or services, fill out a certain form, or when we collect data through security cameras in retail outlets.

In the following text, we will explain the purposes of data processing, and we will use the basics in the Law for your personal data for marketing purposes, only if you agree to it.All your personal information is treated as confidential, and NUT and / or our trusted partners keep it in an adequate manner (for more information, see the section: Who has access to your data?).

2.0 What data we collect from you

2.1. Purchase / order in NUT store / website

According to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 62/2014, 6/2016 - other law and 44/2018 - other law), NUT as a trader is authorized to collect data on its customers. We need your data for concluding a distance sales contract, creating an order, in order to fulfill the obligations from the sales contract - the realization of delivery, payment, receipt and resolution of complaints.In the process of buying online, you need to enter your data in the provided fields (name, surname, e-mail, phone number, address). We use the data collected in this way exclusively for the purpose of executing sales contracts, which includes managing and tracking orders and communicating with you.

2.2. Creating a user account on the NUT site

NUT collects and processes your data when creating a user account on the NUT site. The data we collect are name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth (this information is optional)

2.4. Marketing purposes - application for notification of current offers and promotions - Newsletter

Depending on how you contacted us and the type of inquiry, this information may include your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, other information about you that you have exchanged with us, and that are related to your inquiry.
We may process the data collected in this way for the purpose of providing answers to your inquiries, for the purposes of collecting statistical data and profiling, in order to improve our business. For the purposes of statistics and profiling, anonymization will be performed, so that no data can be brought in relation to a specific person

2.4. Marketing purposes - application for notification of current offers and promotions - Newsletter

On our website, as well as during registration, NUT will offer you the service of sending notifications about current offers and promotions by e-mail, and on that occasion you should leave an e-mail address if it is a newsletter by e-mail.
If you have agreed to receive our notifications, we use your e-mail to send you information about products, promotions, sweepstakes, news and store offers. We store and process this data for the purpose of sending notifications about current offers and promotions. With your consent, we record your behavior as a user of our website www.nutcosmeticshop.com and newsletter. The evaluation of user behavior includes, first of all, information about the sections you stay on and the links you use there. In this way we create personalized user profiles with your personal data and / or information about your e-mail address in order to enable the creation of an advertising offer by NUT in the form of newsletters, on-site advertising and printed material, tailored to your personal interest and thus improve our offer.
You can revoke your consent to receive notifications about current offers and promotions or to create personalized user profiles at any time. Revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to revocation. If you revoke your consent, we will delete your data.
We would like to inform you that in case we hire external partners to send the newsletter and for that reason provide them with your personal data, this will be done in accordance with Article 45 of the Law on Personal Data Protection. The data will be kept as long as you agree.

2.5. Promotional actions, prize games, sponsorships

For the purposes of participating in prize games, sponsorship or conducting promotional activities, we collect data, in accordance with the rules for each activity individually. Please note that for registration of participants we usually need your name, surname, and depending on the case and date of birth, address, JMBG if you are the winner of a prize whose value exceeds the amount prescribed by tax regulations and other information you have provided.
The legal basis is consent, considering that when applying for a competition, prize game, etc. you agree with the rules prescribed by the organizer.

2.6. Profiling

In cases where we send or display notifications or content that are personalized, we may use certain procedures marked as “profiling” (that is, any form of automated personal data processing that consists of using the collected personal information to assess certain personal data. aspects related to the individual, specifically, to analyze or predict aspects concerning the personal affinities of a particular individual, his interest, economic position, behavior, location, reliability or movement).
Based on our analysis, we send or display notices and / or content tailored exactly to your interests / needs.
The legal basis for the above-mentioned data processing is consent.

NUT processes your data when you visit this website and other platforms. On this occasion, various data are exchanged between your device and our server, which may be personal data. The data collected in this way is used, among other things, to optimize our website or for the purpose of displaying advertisements in the browser of your device.

- website / application from which it is accessed (referrer URL),

The server temporarily stores the specified data in a so-called log file for the following purposes:
- ensuring the establishment of a smooth connection,
- providing comfortable use of our website / application,
- assessment of system security and stability.

If in your browser, operating system or other settings of your device you have accepted the so-called. geolocation, or whether you give your consent, we use this feature to offer you individual services based on your current location (for example, the location of the nearest store). We process location data exclusively for this purpose.
The legal basis for IP address processing is a legitimate interest, which arises from the above-mentioned purpose of data processing, since it is a technical condition for the functioning of the site. We do not transfer this information to third parties. The data is stored temporarily during the visit to the page, and then deleted automatically. After you leave our website, the geolocation data is deleted.

2.8. Use of cookies

We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are small files that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses, trojans or other malicious software. Cookies store information obtained about the device you are using. However, this does not mean that we are aware of your identity. On the one hand, the use of cookies serves to make your visit to the website more pleasant. For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited certain parts of our site or that you are already logged in to your user account. They are automatically deleted after you leave our website. In addition, we use temporary cookies that are stored on your device for a certain period of time. For the purpose of customizing the design and continuous improvement of our website, we use the so-called Google Analytics - a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created and cookies are used. Cookies generate the following information about your use of this website:

The data on social networks is largely processed by the operator, and the NUT has a limited influence on that part.

We process the data collected on social networks in order to inform consumers about current promotions and offers, and in order to interact and improve relationships with followers.
Data collected on social networks on the basis of consent - comments, videos, pictures, likes… published by the operator. NUT does not share them with third parties and reserves the right to delete illegal content, hate comments, explicit content and data that constitute a criminal offense. There is a relationship with the social network operator in part in accordance with Art. 45 of the Law (joint responsibility):
The operator and we are jointly responsible for the web monitoring methods provided by the social network platform operator. Web tracking can also follow regardless of whether you are logged in or registered on the social network platform. As we have already mentioned, unfortunately we can only have a limited influence on the web tracking methods of the operator, for example we cannot turn them off.
The legal basis for web tracking methods is a legitimate interest, which consists in optimizing the social network platform and the specific fan page.

3. Who has access to your data?

Within our company, access to the data, which you have made available to us, has only those sectors to which they are necessary for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations or for the purpose of fulfilling legitimate interests. As part of the contractual relationship, we also engage other service providers, who may gain access to your personal information. Compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data in these cases is provided by the contract.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We store personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes. In doing so, we take into account the legal obligations of storage. We create criteria for the data retention period in accordance with the purpose, we believe that a period of 5 years is optimal for achieving marketing purposes, while data on purchases and customers are stored as provided by tax regulations and regulations governing the sales contract.

5. Are you obliged to provide us with your data?

As part of our business relationship, you are obliged to provide us with those personal data that are necessary for the beginning, implementation and termination of the contractual relationship and for the fulfillment of obligations related to it, as well as for the collection of which we have a legal obligation or right based on legitimate interest. Without this information, as a rule, we will not be able to start a business relationship with you.

6. What rights do you have as a data subject?
to provide you with access to your personal data, to answer for what purposes the data concerning you are used, as well as to access such personal data, to know the purpose of processing, the categories of your personal data we hold, third parties, third parties or categories of third parties to which your personal data is shared, the period during which we retain the data.
request the correction of inaccurate, incorrectly entered and / or outdated data;
to request the deletion of your personal data if the processing is based on your consent.
